Services
Employment Capability Workshops
Learn the skills that help you shine at work.
From communication and teamwork to writing a résumé or preparing for interviews — our workshops make job skills simple, practical, and fun. You’ll build confidence and learn how to show your best self at work.
Gardening & Outdoor Activities
Grow skills and confidence in the great outdoors.
Through nature-based activities like gardening, landscaping, and teamwork projects, participants learn new skills while improving wellbeing. It’s hands-on, relaxing, and a great way to build independence while connecting with others.
Online Counselling Services
Support that’s there when you need it.
Our online counselling gives participants a safe space to talk, build confidence, and feel supported. We focus on wellbeing as much as work skills — because feeling good on the inside helps you succeed in every part of life.
